THE INN at CHINA PEAK

Stay at the Inn (available for lodging on select nights for groups and private events) at China Peak during the summer months and enjoy comfortable evenings and cool, crisp mornings at 7000 feet. J.W.'s Original Bar has been a classic for over 50 years and our restaurant has received rave reviews all year long. During the summer, J.W.'s Original Bar will feature live music on the Inn patio on Friday nights beginning July 3rd through September 4th. Economy: These rooms feature a combination of day beds, twin beds and queen beds. They can sleep two to six guests depending on room configuration. Restrooms and showers are conveniently located on each floor just down the hall. All economy rooms are located in the main building of the Inn.

Standard Room with King: There are a variety of styles; all have king beds and private bathrooms. Some rooms can also include bunk beds and/or day beds. These rooms can sleep two to six guests depending on room configuration. These rooms are located in the main building and the east wing of the Inn.

Suite: Our suites are located on the upper floor of the east wing, share an exterior deck entrance with a view of the slope and include a private bedroom with a king bed in addition to a comfortable euro sleeper in the living room area (euro sleeper sleeps one or two people comfortably). They also include a private bathroom. These rooms can sleep up to four guests.

Two Bedroom Suite: The two bedroom unit is located in the upper east wing. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds, with additional sleeping in the entry room area with our comfortable euro sleeper. This unit also has a private bathroom and can sleep up to six guests.

MORE LODGING DETAILS

Pet Policy; No Pets Allowed. Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.

Pre-Authorization: At time of check-in there will be a $50 pre-authorization charge to cover any incidentals that may arise during the stay. This charge will be released after your departure, pending any additional charges.

Deposit Policy; First night deposit is required at the time of booking. Credit card on file will automatically be charged the remaining balance 10 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy;If a reservation must be cancelled, you must cancel 10 days before arrival for a full refund. If cancelled within 10 days of arrival date, there will be NO refund. If a reservation needs to be moved to another date, a $50 reservation change fee will be charged and must be done 10 days in advance of original arrival date.

Resort Fee; The Inn at China Peak charges a 12% resort fee, similar to typical Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) found at virtually every lodging property in America, with all fees dedicated to maintenance and construction of parking facilities.

Exceeding Maximum Room Occupancy;Please note all Inn rooms have a maximum occupancy, determined by each room's total pillow spaces. For example, if a room has two queens, it has a maximum occupancy of four. Guests who exceed the maximum allowable occupancy will pay an additional $40 per night for each guest. We realize this is a high fee, but our Inn is not designed to handle guest numbers beyond the designated maximum number in any sense, therefore we hope all guests will adhere to the maximum allowable occupancy.
