Makin' Waves Concert Series

Back again by popular demand for summer 2025!

Concerts on the lake at 7,000 feet, life doesn't get much better than that! Mark your calendars for July 5, August 2 & 3 and August 31. You won't want to miss any of these dates! Venue opens at 12pm and closes at 5pm with FREE general admission available. Each event has food and craft fair vendors, live music and an unique event feature. Join the beer garden fun if you're 21 and over!

EVENT DETAILS

• There is no parking at the concert venue. All vehicles will park at China Peak Mountain Resort and guests will ride the shuttle. $10 per vehicle. 
• Shuttles provided from China Peak every 30 minutes starting at 11:30 am.
• No outside alcohol allowed, all bags and coolers will be checked. 
• IDs required for beer garden wristband, no exceptions.
• Beer tickets available at the event venue. 
• Gates open at 12pm and close at 5pm.
• For general admission it is recommended you bring your own blanket and chairs.

BEER GARDEN 

• Grab a free beer garden wristband with a valid ID, no exceptions.
• Beer tickets available for purchase at the event, cash or card accepted.

EVENT PARKING $10

• There is no parking at the concert venue. All vehicles will park at China Peak Mountain Resort and guests will ride the shuttle.
• Shuttle starts at 11:30 and runs every 30 minutes.
• Available for purchase on-site. Card or cash payment accepted.

ACCOMMODATIONS

• The Inn at China Peak for your pre and post concert experience, available Friday and Saturday nights. Check it out.

CAMPING AT CHINA PEAK

• Hang at the concert all day, camp at China Peak for the night.
• Available Friday and Saturday nights 7/4/25 - 8/30/25.
• Stay Labor day weekend, camping open on Sunday August 31, 2025.
