Camping

Camp at China Peak this summer on Friday and Saturday nights starting Friday, July 5 through Saturday August 31, make it a 3 day weekend and stay Sunday September 1. Wake up at China Peak and be the first one to hit the mountain bike park for the day!  Mountain biking not your thing? Come for the lake, we've got kayaks, stand up paddle boards and pontoon rentals available. Make sure you check out our Makin' Waves Concert series, rock out all day and spend the night under the stars. There are so many ways to stay and play at China Peak this summer. Enjoy life at 7,000 feet!

CAMPING INFO

  • No reservations required, we've got plenty of spots. Check out our base area map for reference.

  • Register at the Inn front desk Friday and Saturday from 3pm - 9pm. Camping permits required, security on-site.

  • $30 + tax per car, no hookups. (Please make an RV reservation if you'd like electrical).

  • All camping spots are in the back parking lots, East lot 1 and East lot 2.

  • Restrooms available by Mainstream Station, sorry we do not have any showers available.

  • Camp fires allowed, with enclosed container off the ground on the asphalt only. NO camp fires in the forest.

  • Hot coal disposal available. 

  • Dumpsters available. Be bear safe.

  • For last minute camping supplies, check out the general store at the Landing. It's stocked with a variety of supplies and is open from 7am - 7pm daily.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

  • The Inn restaurant and JW'S Bar will be open Friday night with Live music from 6pm - 9pm. Dinner and drinks 5pm - 9pm.

  • The Boathouse at the Lake (2 miles away) will be open 7 days a week from 11am - 7pm.

  • The Daylodge will be open for breakfast from 8am - 10am, lunch served from 10am - 4pm. Bottled beers available too.
